About Me

 I have been into ceramics since my preschool days, and I vividly remember bringing home some crunchy ceramic pieces and feeling proud of myself. It's funny how I still can't help but chuckle when I think about it. About twenty years later, I took some ceramics classes in Santa Monica, and it felt like I had always stayed in the craft. I got more invested in improving my skills and even joined a studio in San Luis Obispo, CA, where I spent a few days each week. I had some fantastic mentors and learned some pivotal techniques along the way. I enjoy making practical ceramics and sculptures but have been passionate about creating ceramic balloons lately. The idea of having a balloon that never deflates
fascinates me!
